Heritage Day
Held annually on the second Saturday of September, this day-long event celebrates the quaint beginnings and heritage of the Town of Silverhill. You’ll find long-time residents wearing traditional Swedish and Czech attire, as well as a parade, live music and entertainment and arts and crafts vendors. This festival is Silverhill’s flagship event and is highly anticipated year after year.
Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat is held each year in the evening on Halloween night on the Silverhill Town Hall grounds. The free community event includes games, prizes, concessions and, of course, lots of candy! Businesses and residents are invited to participate, decorate their vehicles, and hand out candy to the hundreds of children who attend.
Fall Affair in the Square
Fall Affair in the Square, held each November, brings music, food trucks and family-friendly entertainment to Silverhill Town Hall. Started in 2019, the event features local bands performing from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Small Town Christmas in Silverhill
The Silverhill Christmas parade is held the first Friday in December. Held in the evening, floats are decorated in sparkling Christmas lights and neighboring high school bands provide the Christmas carols as they march down main street.
